Order/Cancellation
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of purchased items due to customer convenience.
In the case of unavoidable circumstances, such as purchasing the wrong size, we may be able to exchange the item before it is prepared for shipping, so please contact us using the inquiry form.
In the following cases, we will generally exchange the product within 7 days of receipt. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
1. If the delivered product is defective
2. If the product is dirty or damaged
3. If the product you received is different from the product you ordered. However, please note that if the exchange product is not in stock, we may refund the product price.
We will cover the shipping costs for returns due to defective or incorrect products.
In addition, we will not accept returns in the following cases:
1. In case of exchange or return due to customer's convenience (wrong color, wrong size, etc.)
2. If you have used it even once
3. If scratches or damage occur due to customer's fault
4. If the product tag has been removed
5. If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
6. Others In any case where we determine that we cannot accept a return or exchange, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the payment method after an order has been placed.
We will ship the product as soon as it arrives.
We cannot accommodate changes to payment methods, order details, quantities, or delivery addresses.
Shipping
Currently, delivery is limited to within Japan only.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will deliver the product using a delivery company designated by our company.

There are currently no physical stores where you can purchase our products. However, you can purchase our products at our pop-up stores, which are held irregularly. Please check the schedule below.
