
[Apology and Notice] Regarding shipping delays for two product numbers

Regarding the "TARROW STANDARD TEE Ⅱ MENS (TQ/M/BI2401062)" and "TECH WOOL SHIRT (SS2501088)", we have not yet been able to deliver the products even though the mid-May shipping date that we had notified you has passed, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern that this has caused our customers.
Currently, the delivery of this product from the factory is significantly delayed, and it is scheduled to be shipped this weekend (5/30) . We deeply apologize for the significant delay from our initial announcement.
In the future, we will further strengthen cooperation with the factory as the shipping date approaches.
We will strive to prevent a similar incident from recurring by thoroughly managing delivery dates and sharing information.
